Credit in the West is the premier annual B2B credit conference hosted by NACM Commercial Services. Credit in the West is proudly hosted by NACM Commercial Services, a trusted resource for business credit professionals, providing education, networking, credit services, collections, and professional development opportunities throughout the Western United States. We are also partnering with NACM Intermountain Arizona.

Where is Credit in the West held?
The 2026 conference will be held at the Bahia Resort Hotel in beautiful San Diego, California. Located on Mission Bay, the resort offers a relaxing waterfront setting while providing easy access to San Diego's beaches, restaurants, attractions, and airport.

When is Credit in the West 2026?
Credit in the West 2026 takes place October 7–9, 2026. The conference begins Wednesday afternoon with registration, an optional bonus session ($25), and an opening reception. It continues with a full day of educational sessions and networking on Thursday, and concludes Friday at 12:30 p.m. after the closing keynote.

Is the conference open to nonmembers?
Yes! Both NACM members and nonmembers are welcome to attend Credit in the West. Separate registration rates are available for members and nonmembers, making the conference accessible to all credit and finance professionals interested in expanding their knowledge and professional network.

Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely! A guest/spouse registration option is available for $275. Guest registration is intended for spouses or guests accompanying registered conference attendees and includes participation in designated conference activities. This includes meals and attendance to reception and closing party. They are not permitted to attend sessions without full conference registration and can't be a co-worker or other credit professional.

Can I stay at the hotel longer?
Yes! Attendees are welcome to extend their stay at the Bahia Resort Hotel before or after the conference, subject to hotel availability. If you're planning to enjoy more time in San Diego, we encourage you to book your accommodations early and contact the hotel directly regarding additional nights.

Are hotel discounts available?
Yes. Credit in the West attendees have access to a special conference room rate at the Bahia Resort Hotel. Hotel reservation details, booking deadlines, and the conference reservation link are available on the Hotels page of the Credit in the West website.

Can I earn continuing education credits?
Yes. Credit in the West provides educational programming designed to support the professional development of credit professionals. Many sessions may qualify toward continuing education requirements for NACM professional designations. If you have questions about certification credits, please contact NACM Commercial Services.
